Hello there thank you for visiting my page My name is Aurora Mendez I am the owner of L.A. Hair & Company I’ve been doing hair for 19 years I started as L.A Hair LLC assistant sweeping hair and scrubbing toilets then got thrown in as a hairdresser because we were short staffed and my journey kickoff, 

What makes me unique is that I offer variety I will always offer a change, I will listen to what you need and want and will give you that, and then add my spice to it. Most people can say” I am the spice in your life once you meet me”I am the type of owner/stylist who likes to be in the floor then behind the desk I like to connect with the client.

My flaws are that I am not organized and speak what’s in my mind, that is why I would always recommend what best fits you. I am honestly an open book!!

My favorite thing to do in the industry is Color Transformation,Dimensional hair color and short haircuts

On my days off I am a normal mom running around juggling work/family cooking which I love to do because there is no more satisfied feeling then to feed your family a home-cooked meal. I love to attend class as much as I can to learn new things and to network with other like mind fellows.
